NSAID challenges

Do you have a form, we could use for doing Ibuprofen challenges? Dosing, time frames etc.? I am updating some old forms and consents for testing.
Answer:
I do not have a form for such challenges nor could I find one on PubMed or the AAAAI website. However, I found 2 publications that provide guidance on NSAID hypersensitivity evaluations, including recommendations for challenges. The EAACI Task Force on NSAIDs Hypersensitivity report by Kowalski et al provides different recommendations depending upon the type of reaction. I hope that these references will be of help to you. The other reference provides information for 223 patients who underwent evaluation for NSAID hypersensitivity.
