The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) is a professional organization with more than 6,500 members in the United States, Canada and 72 other countries. This membership includes allergist / immunologists, other medical specialists, allied health and related healthcare professionals—all with a special interest in the research and treatment of allergic and immunologic diseases.

Mission
The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology is dedicated to the advancement of the knowledge and practice of allergy, asthma and immunology for optimal patient care.

ARTrustTM
The Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Education and Research Trust (ARTrustTM) supports the development of treatments and cures for allergic and immunologic disease through financial awards for education and research.

The Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology
The Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (JACI) is the official scientific journal of the AAAAI. Published monthly, the JACI is the most-cited journal in the field of allergy and clinical immunology. The JACI has been named one of the most influential journals in the past 100 years by the BioMedical & Life Sciences Division of the Special Libraries Association.

Leadership
The AAAAI is a democratic organization led by a diverse board of directors elected by full members and Fellows of the Academy.
