Dose of dupilumab

Dupilumab dosing: we only have available dupilumab dose of 300mg. In case of a 10 year-old boy who weighs 60Kgs or 132 lbs with severe uncontrolled atopic dermatitis how should I proceed with dosing? Is it ok to give 300mg every month?
Answer:
The package insert for dupilumab has the dosing instructions for pediatric patients with atopic dermatitis. A patient who is 60kg is right at the cut off for either 200mg or 300mg every two weeks. Assuming you expect the patient to continue to grow then using the 300mg every two weeks would be reasonable.
