AAAAI Celebrates E-Cigarette Decision

The AAAAI joined the American Thoracic Society and others on an amicus brief when the American Academy of Pediatrics sued the FDA last year to get the FDA to move ahead with regulations on e-cigarettes. The judge initially postponed the case while the FDA worked on some provisions, but has now reversed and issued a decision giving the FDA 14 days to identify next steps for regulating e-cigarettes.  Read the brief here.
