In-Training to Full Membership Application

Membership Category
In-Training to Full Member: $0 (1st year out), $207.50 (2nd year out), $415 (3rd year out) (Member Benefits)

As a Fellow-in-Training you received all the benefits of being an Academy member. Upon graduating from your accredited training program, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of membership for free by completing the Fellow-in-Training to Full Member application (membership is free for the 1st year). This should be completed no sooner than two months before graduation and no later than 12 months afterward.

If the 12 month time period has elapsed, you will need to complete the regular membership application, send letters of recommendation and submit a processing fee. To be considered for Full Membership and receive the extended discounted dues rate, your form must be received by September 15th of your graduating year.

  • Please be sure to answer all questions completely and to the best of your ability.
  • Include a current Curriculum Vitae (CV).

About Your Program

  • Please ask that your Program Director complete this part of the application

About the Membership Process

  • Once an application is received and considered complete, your account will be upgraded to Full Membership.
  • Once this is done, it is sent to the Board of Directors with a recommendation for final approval.
