2016 Practice Management Workshop

The weekend starts at 2:00 pm Friday with a special session on “Governmental policy and allergy practice: what you need to know,” presented by William Rogers, MD, Director, Physicians Regulatory Issues Team and ICD-10 Ombudsman at CMS and Emily Graham, RHIA, Vice President-Regulatory Affairs, Hart Health Strategies. You will not want to miss this Washington insider presentation!
Teresa Thompson, CPC will be on hand to deliver several coding sessions, including Coding 101 (4:00 pm on Friday), a plenary session on Saturday morning and a case-based advanced coding session that will be presented three separate times during the weekend.
Brand new sessions for 2016 include:
• Analyzing and improving work flow in your practice
• Managing the A/R balance with the new payment models
• The community and your practice
• How to hire the best administrator for your practice
