Members Process to Request a Speaker
To request an American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology speaker, please follow this process:
1) Outside organizations or AAAAI members are welcome to request a speaker. A completed speaker request form should be received at the executive office at least one month prior to the requested speaking date. The anticipated number in the audience should be at least 25.
2) Upon receipt of the completed form, our office will look to match an expert speaker with your specific request. Every effort will be made to provide an expert in the same geographic area as the program destination.
3) You will be notified within 10 days of receipt of your request if an appropriate speaker match can be found.
4) Following the presentation, an evaluation form will be sent. We ask that you please fill it out and return it within 2 weeks.
