Fellow
Members may apply for Fellowship after they have
been Full Members of the organization for a period of three (3) continuous years. In addition to the professional
recognition Fellows receive, they are able to vote in the AAAAI and hold
office.
International Fellow
The Fellow qualifications are the same for members who reside in a country
other than the United States, U.S. possessions, or Canada.
1. Application
- No application fee is required for individuals who are presently members or international members.
2. C.V.
- Include Curriculum Vitae, copies of Board Certificates and list of publications.
3. Sponsorship
- Applicants need letters of recommendation from three Sponsors.
- Applicants are responsible for requesting Sponsor recommendation letters and making sure they are sent to the executive office either directly from the sponsor or from the applicant.
- Chief Sponsor for the category of Fellowship must be a FELLOW of the AAAAI.
- Both applicant and Chief Sponsor must sign the application.
- Second Sponsor must be a FELLOW of the AAAAI.
- Third Sponsor must be either the applicant’s Training Program Director or Chief of Staff.
- Only one sponsor may be associated with the applicant’s current practice.
Membership Process
- Once an application file is complete it will be sent to the Credentials Committee for review.
- Applications approved by the Credentials Committee are sent to the Board of Directors with a recommendation for approval.
- The final step is approval by the AAAAI Fellows at the next Annual Meeting.
Note: Incomplete applications will be kept on file for one year only.

Annual dues for each Fellowship category are as follows:
