Copyright Policies for Live Events

Attention All Educational Program Speakers
Thank you for being a faculty member for an event sponsored by the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology (AAAAI). After gathering information from a variety of sources, consulting with legal experts and journal editors, and careful deliberation, the AAAAI Board of Directors has decided to institute a new policy concerning your use of materials copyrighted by others in your presentation materials. While this new policy may require additional work it was felt to be necessary to protect the AAAAI from liability in copyright infringement lawsuits. The policy is available online for your review.

All faculty members are asked to follow this policy for all AAAAI-sponsored educational activities.
