Case Three: Twelve-Year-Old Dimitri

History
Dimitri is a twelve-year-old male who presents for consultation regarding a persistent epithelial defect of the cornea of his left eye. His recent history includes the development of itch, photophobia, and watery discharge from both eyes. Approximately two months after onset of his symptoms, he had abrupt onset of worsening in his vision and pain in the left eye.
