Visit Freeman OnLine® for complete details on Freeman services, labor information, shipping details, utilities and various additional services. All confirmed exhibitors will receive an e-mail from Freeman with a unique login ID and password, which are needed to access this online ordering site.

Please review the Exhibitor Prospectus for booth construction guidelines, rules and regulations for exhibiting at the AAAAI Annual Meeting.

Please note: the AAAAI has revised the Selling of Products and Services rule.
Sales and order taking are permitted in the Exhibit Hall provided all transactions are conducted within the professional nature of the meeting. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have all licenses, permits, and/or registrations required by the venue, city, municipality and/or state. The exhibitor is responsible for compliance with all applicable tax laws. The AAAAI reserves the right to restrict sales activities that it deems inappropriate or unprofessional.

  • Exhibitor registration and housing opens
  • Booth assignments e-mailed

  • Balance of booth fees due
  • Print deadline for exhibit descriptions to be included in the Final Program
  • Print deadline for private social functions to be included in the Final Program
  • Last day to obtain partial refund of cancelled exhibit space

January 15

  • Exhibit Guide space/payment deadline

January 22

  • Exhibitor hotel reservation deadline
  • Room drop bag space/payment deadline
