Allied Health/In-Training Member Credit
In-Training and Allied Health members of the AAAAI will be given up to a $40 credit to be used towards ticketed sessions. In order to receive this credit, you must be an In-Training member or Allied Health member and you must have registered for ticketed sessions.
ART Refund/Cancellation Policy
ART activities purchased in conjunction with Annual Meeting registration will be cancelled if you cancel your Annual Meeting registration. The amount of your purchase will be recorded as a tax deductable donation to the Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Education and Research Trust (ART) unless you request a refund via return e-mail. On behalf of the ART, we thank you for your donation.
If you do not wish to cancel your ART activities, you must contact the AAAAI Registration and Housing bureau at (888) 869-0189 (U.S. and Canada), (415) 979-2277 (outside U.S. and Canada) or e-mail aaaai2010reg@cmrus.com. This must be done within 10 days of your cancellation or your ART orders will be cancelled.
Orders made separately through the ART Activities page on the Annual Meeting Web site will NOT be cancelled automatically if you cancel your Annual Meeting registration. To cancel your ART order, you must do so in writing by sending a letter to the AAAAI executive office, 555 East Wells Street, Suite 1100, Milwaukee, WI 53202-3823 or e-mail art@aaaai.org. Cancellations must be received by February 10, 2010.
Discounted Registration Fee for Fellows/Members from Developing Countries
The discount program for members from developing countries offers current AAAAI Fellows and members in countries designated as "developing" by the World Bank (based on gross national income per capita) a 50% discount on registration fees. Your eligibility requirements will be verified before your registration is processed.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Current AAAAI Fellows and members, paid through December 2009 are eligible for this discounted registration.
- In order for a non-member to qualify as a paid member, all membership application materials must be received by the AAAAI executive office by September 15.
- Only individual delegates who pre-register by February 3, 2010 for the Annual Meeting are eligible for this discount. This discount is not available to groups or individuals who register onsite.

Guest Registration
Registered guests and spouses will be admitted to the Hospitality Suite, the Exhibit Hall and the Associates to the AAAAI (Spouses & Friends) activities. The registration fee is $100 for each spouse/guest 18 years or older. No fee is required for guests aged 17 or under. Fee includes membership dues in the Associates and helps fund various Associates programs and activities.
Refund Policy
Registration cancellations and requests for a refund should be submitted in writing to CMR by fax to (415) 979-2249 or e-mail AAAAI2010reg@cmrus.com prior to the February 3, 2010 deadline. All registration fees, less a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded if a written request is received before the February 3 deadline. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

** Must attach proof of enrollment at time of registration in order to register at the reduced rate. Fellows-in-Training and Residents must submit a letter signed by their Program Director. Medical Students must submit a copy of their valid student ID. If proof of enrollment does not accompany the registration form, you will not be registered until proof is received.
