Following are just a few reminders about your poster presentation: You should have already received a notification about your poster presentation which includes the date your poster is to be presented, the session is which it is programmed and the poster board/abstract number to which it has been assigned. Please be sure to set up your poster on the appropriate poster board between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM the morning of your session. Your poster will remain on display throughout the day, and must be dismantled between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM that evening. Posters not dismantled by 7:30 PM will be discarded. You are asked to be present at your poster board from 9:45 am- 10:45 am on the day your poster presentation is scheduled to answer any questions meeting attendees may have about your research. The poster hall location is in Exhibit Hall B1, San Diego Convention Center. Poster Presentation Guidelines For poster preparation guidelines please click here. Call4Posters service The AAAAI has arranged with Marathon Multimedia to provide you with the opportunity to create you poster entirely on line for a fee using the Call4Posters service. You also have the option to have your poster shipped directly to the meeting for on-site pick up. Posters2view Service Funded through a grant from AstraZeneca In addition to the call4posters, you can upload your poster file to this site and it will be included in the Posters2view CD-Rom which is distributed after the meeting. There is no charge for uploading your poster file to this site. Again, this is an optional service and is free of charge. Annual Meeting Registration You should have already received registration materials for the Annual Meeting. If not, please contact the AAAAI Executive Office at  (414) 272-6071 or via email at annualmeeting@aaaai.org to request the appropriate materials. You may also register online at www.annualmeeting.aaaai.org. You MUST be registered for the meeting in order to present your poster.
