Exhibitor RegistrationOnline Exhibitor Registration
In order to obtain a name badge for the 2007 Annual Meeting, exhibitors are required to register their exhibit personnel online at https://www.cmrreg.com/aaai_9a_exhib/admin/regadmin.aspx. Enter the Industry/Exhibitor section of the Web site and click on the exhibitor registration link. Exhibitors are given two registration options:Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit hall only. Exhibitors will not have access to any educational sessions. You may register as many exhibitor personnel as you wish.Exhibitor/Delegate Registration
Exhibitor/delegates will have access to the exhibit hall and all non-ticketed educational sessions. As a courtesy to AAAAI members and professional non-member delegates, space in the ticketed sessions is reserved exclusively for them. You may register additional personnel as exhibitor/delegates for a fee of $600 each. For onsite registration of additional exhibitor/delegates, the fee will increase to $650.Please note: Exhibitors will receive one (1) complimentary exhibitor/delegate registration for the 2007 Annual Meeting with each one hundred square feet (100 ft²) of exhibit space rented with a maximum of fifteen (15) complimentary registrations per exhibiting company.
The online exhibitor registration system gives exhibitors the ability to manage their own registration process. Each exhibitor will have a direct link into a secure exhibitor file that will allow you to:
- Update contact information
- Make modifications to name badges
- Track the number of complimentary exhibitor/delegate badges utilized/available
- Process exhibitor/delegate registration payments
Registration confirmations will be sent via e-mail or fax to the main contact person. In order to reduce wait times at the onsite exhibitor registration desk, please make every effort to complete all name changes, additions or deletions prior to the Annual Meeting.
Onsite Exhibitor Registration
All exhibit booth personnel are required to check-in on site at the exhibitor registration desk to receive their name badge. Individuals registered as Exhibitors will receive a red exhibitor name badge and individuals registered as exhibitor/delegates will receive an orange exhibitor/delegate name badge. The company name printed on the badges will match the name under which the company applied for exhibit space. Company name changes will not be accepted on site. All representatives will be required to provide identification and proof of company affiliation before receiving their official AAAAI exhibitor name badges.Exhibitor Registration Desk Hours

Admission to the exhibit hall will be by name badge only. Security guards will monitor exhibit hall entrances for proper identification. Exhibit booth personnel must show an official AAAAI exhibitor name badge in order to gain access to the exhibit hall during installation, exhibit, or dismantling hours. Independent contractor personnel, hired by an exhibitor to install and dismantle their display, should possess identification that they are employed by the independent contractor. If independent contractors do not possess proper identification, they must obtain a name badge at the Exhibitor Registration desk. All registered exhibitor personnel must wear their official AAAAI name badge at all times when working the booth. This regulation applies to individuals dispensing information about the organization’s products or services, as well as individuals contracted by the organization to provide any other kind of service or information within the booth. Name badges will not be mailed in advance.
