Exhibitor Personnel Registration & Guidelines

Online Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors are required to register their exhibit booth personnel online prior to the 2007 Annual Meeting. Each exhibit company may register their booth personnel as either exhibitors or exhibitor/delegates. Exhibitor name badges will allow access to the exhibit hall only and each company may register as many exhibitors as they wish. Each exhibit company will also receive one (1) complimentary exhibitor/delegate registration with each one hundred square feet (100 ft2) of exhibit space rented (maximum of 15 complimentary registrations per exhibiting company). Exhibitor/delegate registration includes admission to all non-ticketed, educational sessions. As a courtesy to AAAAI members and professional non-member delegates, space in the ticketed sessions is reserved exclusively for them. Additional information about online exhibitor registration will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

Onsite Exhibitor Registration
All exhibit booth personnel are required to check-in on site at the Exhibitor Registration Desk to receive their name badge. Name badges will not be mailed in advance. The company name printed on the badges will match the name under which the company applied for exhibit space. Company name changes will not be accepted on site.

Exhibitor Registration Desk Hours – Tentative

Name Badge Policy
Admission to the exhibit hall will be by name badge only. Security guards will monitor exhibit hall entrances for proper identification. Exhibit booth personnel must show an official AAAAI exhibitor name badge in order to gain access to the exhibit hall during installation, exhibit, or dismantling hours. All registered exhibitor personnel must wear their official AAAAI name badge at all times when working the booth. This regulation applies to individuals dispensing information about the organization’s products or services, as well as individuals contracted by the organization to provide any other kind of service or information within the booth.

Guest Passes
The exhibit hall at the AAAAI Annual Meeting is a professional show for the use and information of the Annual Meeting’s registered attendees and their registered guests. As such, no passes for guests of exhibitor personnel will be issued.

Attire
Attire of all exhibit personnel should be consistent with the professional atmosphere of the Annual Meeting.

Conduct
The AAAAI will monitor all exhibits. Exhibitors must staff their exhibit booth during the scheduled exhibit hall hours. Leaving booths unsupervised for long periods of time or exhibitors who vacate their booth prior to the official closing time may lose priority points for the 2007 Annual Meeting and may be considered for exclusion from exhibiting at future Annual Meetings.

The AAAAI reserves the right to restrict exhibits which for any reason become objectionable and may also prohibit or evict any exhibit which may detract from the general character of the exhibition. This includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter or anything of a character which may be objectionable for the exhibition as a whole.

Housing Information
Hotel reservation information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
