Registration Information

Please note: Pre-registration for the 2006 AAAAI Annual Meeting has closed. Please register on site at the Miami Beach Convention Center, 1901 Convention Center Dr.

Registration Desk
For delegates registering prior to the January 31, 2006 deadline, registration packets, including name badges and session tickets, will be ready for pick up at the registration desk, located in the Miami Beach Convention Center. To avoid waiting in line, please be sure to pick up your packet early. Onsite registration will also be available at the desk.

** Must attach proof of enrollment at time of registration in order to register at the reduced rate. Fellows-in-Training and Residents must submit a letter signed by their Program Director. Medical students must submit a copy of their valid student ID. If proof of enrollment does not accompany the registration form, you will not be registered until proof is received.

Refund Policy
Registration cancellations and requests for a refund should be submitted in writing via postal mail, fax or e-mail, annualmeeting@aaaai.org, prior to February 20, 2006. All registration fees, less a $25 administrative charge, will be refunded if a written request is received before the February 20, 2006 deadline. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
