Admission to Sessions
Admission to AAAAI educational sessions is reserved for meeting registrants and registered members of the press only. Guests and exhibitors will not be admitted to educational sessions. Ushers will monitor the name badges of all meeting attendees to help control access to educational sessions.

Some sessions require tickets for entry. Ticketed sessions have limited attendance and may have an additional fee associated with them. The listing of educational sessions by day indicates those sessions which require tickets and have additional fees, if applicable. Ticketed sessions without fees are generally ticketed to determine an anticipated number of attendees through the registration process. These estimates aid in the assignment of sessions to the appropriately sized rooms. To register for ticketed sessions, fill out the ticketed sessions section of the registration form. Early registration is highly recommended as many sessions fill up quickly.

Airport Transportation
Miami International Airport (MIA) is the most convenient link to air travel to the 2006 Annual Meeting. It is located approximately 15 miles west of Miami Beach. A taxi from the airport to the Miami Beach hotels costs a flat rate of $28. Taxis are readily available outside the baggage claim area in the lower level at the airport. Super Shuttle service is also available for approximately $14 per person to the Annual Meeting hotels. For more information on Miami International Airport, please visit www.miami-airport.com. Some delegates may prefer to fly into Fort Lauderdale Airport which is approximately 27 miles north of Miami International Airport.

Audio Recording of Sessions
Many of the scientific sessions will be audio recorded and available for purchase on site and after the meeting. Audio recordings will be available on audiocassette or CD. A limited number of sessions will also be offered in MP3 format. Order forms will be provided in the delegate registration bags. If you prefer, the audio recordings are also available for purchase online at the AAAAI Tape Store. Individual taping of educational sessions is not permitted.

Children and Guests
The AAAAI asks delegates to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the 2006 Annual Meeting; including dinner symposia. Registered guests are welcome to relax in the Guest Hospitality Suite or visit the Exhibit Hall; however, an adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times.

Child Care
Most Miami Beach hotels can provide their guests with a list of independent babysitters and babysitting agencies frequently used by visitors. For more information, please contact the appropriate hotel.

Committee Meetings
Committee meetings are held during the Annual Meeting for the purpose of conducting AAAAI related business. Click here for the scheduled committee meetings.
