Giveaways
Exhibitor giveaways are items that you plan to hand out at your exhibit booth that promote your product or organization to Annual Meeting delegates. In accordance with AMA ethical guidelines regarding gifts to physicians, exhibitors must limit promotional, "giveaway" items to products of benefit to patients or those which can be used during the Annual Meeting or in the professional activities of the delegate. Novelty gifts or souvenirs not manufactured by the exhibiting company must be submitted for AAAAI approval. Please complete and return the Giveaway Request Form along with a sample of each item to the AAAAI by February 1, 2006.

Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval will make gathering and managing your leads easier and more productive. The official lead retrieval contractor for the 2006 Annual Meeting is Laser Registration. Please complete the Lead Retrieval Order Form to participate in this outstanding marketing opportunity.

Please note, per the request of our membership, the AAAAI has established a policy stating that telephone numbers will not be included in the attendee profiles, however, fax numbers and e-mail addresses will be included. This does not stop an exhibitor from accepting telephone numbers from delegates who are willing to provide this information verbally on site.

Mailing Labels
Many exhibitors get a head start by mailing product information or invitations in advance to registrants and potential delegates. You may purchase either pre-registration or AAAAI membership mailing labels for this purpose. Please complete and return the Mailing Label Request Form to the AAAAI no later than February 1, 2006. A sample of each item that you plan to mail must be included with the completed request form.

Room Drop Bags
Take advantage of this marketing opportunity to catch the attention of Annual Meeting delegates even before the exhibit hall opens by organizing a room drop. Room drops can be custom designed for the 2006 Annual Meeting and will be delivered directly to guest rooms at the official AAAAI meeting hotels. All room drop items must be submitted for AAAAI approval by February 3. The official AAAAI meeting hotels will not accept room drop materials without the consent of the AAAAI. Please review the Room Drop Bag Form for more information.

AAAAI Logo Usage Request
Only commercial supporters of official AAAAI Annual Meeting educational sessions or meeting services will be authorized to use the AAAAI logo and/or Annual Meeting names and logos in their promotional campaigns. All such usage must be approved in draft format by the AAAAI before any printing or promotion can take place. Although use of AAAAI names and logos will be permitted to show appropriate affiliation with the educational session or meeting service, use of AAAAI names and logos will be carefully monitored by the AAAAI to avoid any real or implied endorsement of the industry partner's products or services. To request the AAAAI logo, please complete and return the Logo Usage Request. For more information about AAAAI logo usage, please contact Michele Martinez, AAAAI Director of Communications, at (414) 272-6071.

Traffic Incentive Program & Support
To encourage a high volume of traffic in the exhibit hall, the AAAAI will sponsor an incentive program for the Annual Meeting. Delegates participating in the program will be eligible to win a number of prizes. The program will be structured such that a participant will have to visit all areas of the exhibit hall in order to collect raffle tickets to enter the daily prize drawings. Raffle tickets will be distributed to exhibitors at the exhibitor registration desk throughout the duration of the show. Only registered meeting delegates will be eligible to win prizes.

Exhibiting companies can support the Traffic Incentive Program by contributing prizes and/or funds for the purchase of prizes to giveaway during exhibit hall hours. Please note that this does not give exhibitors permission to conduct their own sponsored contests or prize drawings in the exhibit hall. Supporters will be recognized on all promotion materials, including exhibit hall signage and all other materials related to the prize drawings. Please fill out the Traffic Incentive Program Support Form to participate.
