Following are just a few reminders about your poster presentation. You should have already received a notification about you poster presentation which includes the date your poster is to be presented, the session is which it is programmed and the poster board/abstract number it has been assigned to. Please be sure to set-up your poster on the appropriate poster board between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM the morning of your session. Your poster will remain on display throughout the day, and must be dismantled between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM that evening. Posters not dismantled by 7:30 PM will be discarded. You are asked to be present at your poster board from 9:45 am- 10:45 am on the day you are scheduled to post your poster to answer any questions meeting attendees may have about your research. Call4posters service and Posters2view Service Funded through a grant from Altana Pharma The AAAAI has arranged with Marathon Multimedia to provide you with the opportunity to create you poster entirely on line for a fee using the Call4Posters service. In addition to this you also have the option to have your poster shipped directly to the meeting for on-site pick up. This service is entirely optional and is available at: http://www.call4posters.com/aaaai/ In addition to this, you can upload your poster file to this site and it will be included in the Posters2view CD rom which is distributed after the meeting. There is no charge for uploading your poster file to this site.. Again, this is an optional service and is free of charge. Annual Meeting Registration You should have already received registration materials for the Annual Meeting. If not, please contact the AAAAI Executive Office at telephone (414) 272-6071 or email annualmeeting@aaaai.org to request the appropriate materials. You may also register online at www.annualmeeting.aaaai.org. Poster presenters do NOT receive waived registration for the meeting, and you MUST be registered for the meeting in order to present your poster.
