Registration Information
The deadline for advance registration has passed. Please note, registration fees have increased. Delegates may register on site in San Antonio at the on site registration desk located at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, 200 E. Market St., San Antonio, TX 78205.

Registration packets, including name badges and session tickets, will be distributed at the AAAAI Registration Desk to be located in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

** Must attach proof of enrollment in order to register at the reduced rate. Fellows-In-Training must submit a letter signed by their training program director. Medical Students must submit a copy of their valid student ID. Residents must submit a signed letter from their program director.
Refund Policy
Please apply for refunds in writing prior to February 16, 2005. All fees, less a $25 administrative charge, will be refunded if a written request is received before the February 16, 2005, deadline. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
