Admission to Sessions
Admission to AAAAI educational sessions is reserved for meeting registrants and registered members of the press only. Guests and exhibitors will not be admitted to educational sessions. Ushers will monitor the name badges of all meeting attendees to help control access to educational sessions.

Some sessions require tickets for entry. Ticketed sessions have limited attendance and may have an additional fee associated with them. The listing of educational sessions by day includes the admission policy and additional fees if applicable. To register for ticketed sessions, fill out the ticketed sessions section of the registration form. Early registration is highly recommended as many sessions fill up quickly. In consideration of state fire codes and as a courtesy to others, those without tickets will not be allowed into the sessions.

Airport Transportation
The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is located in north central San Antonio, approximately eight miles or 15 minutes from the downtown area. A taxi from the airport to downtown costs approximately $15 - $17 and shared-ride shuttles are available for a one-way fee of $9 or a roundtrip fee of $16. The city bus is also an option. At a cost of 75 cents, you can enjoy a one-hour scenic bus ride into downtown San Antonio. All prices listed here are subject to change. For more information on the San Antonio International Airport, please visit: www.sanantonio.gov/airport

Audio Recording of Sessions
Many of the scientific sessions will be audio recorded and available for purchase on site and after the meeting. Audio recordings will be available in audiocassette or CD; a limited number of sessions will also be offered in MP3 format. Order forms will be provided in the delegate registration bags. If you prefer, the audio recordings will also be available for purchase online at the AAAAI Tape Store at www.annualmeeting.aaaai.org after the meeting. Individual taping of educational sessions is not permitted.

Registered guests are welcome to relax in the Guest Hospitality Suite or visit the Exhibit Hall, however, an adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times.

Child Care
Most San Antonio hotels can provide their guests with a list of independent babysitters and babysitting agencies frequently used by visitors. For more information, please contact the concierge at the appropriate hotel.

Online Preliminary Program and Registration
The AAAAI is pleased to offer delegates an online version of the 2005 Annual Meeting Preliminary Program. Online registration also will be available on the AAAAI’s Web site. Access to online registration will be given to AAAAI Fellows on October 11; to all other AAAAI members on October 25; and to all other interested parties on November 8.
