Yes, one of the benefits of becoming a member of the AAAAI is a reduced registration rate at the Annual Meeting. AAAAI members save $200 on their Annual Meeting registration. Allied Health members save $100.To become a member of the AAAAI, please visit the membership section or contact the AAAAI Membership Team at (414) 272-6071. If you are already a member of the AAAAI, please visit the registration section to register for the meeting at your reduced rate.
What forms of payment are accepted by the AAAAI?
Online and faxed registrations require a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you register via post, you or your sponsoring organization may issue a check drawn on a US bank in US funds to the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI).How do I request a Preliminary Program or a registration form?
You may view the Preliminary Program and/or print a registration form at www.annualmeeting.aaaai.org. To request a printed copy, please email us at annualmeeting@aaaai.org or call the AAAAI at (414) 272-6071.I have already registered for the Annual Meeting. How do I change my registration?
To cancel your registration, add/drop courses or transfer your registration to another delegate, please contact the AAAAI at annualmeeting@aaaai.org, call (414) 272-6071 or fax (414) 272-6070.Please do not attempt to re-register online, rather contact the AAAAI.
If I cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?
If you cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline, you will receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $25 administrative fee. The last day to cancel your registration is Wednesday, February 16, 2005.I am an International delegate. How do I request a formal invitation letter?
To request a formal invitation letter, please contact the AAAAI at annualmeeting@aaaai.org or call us at (414) 272-6071. We suggest that you request this letter as far in advance as possible in order to successfully secure your visa.I am an Italian delegate. Upon receipt of your registration form, your payment will be processed and you should receive a confirmation letter via post within three weeks.How can I request a receipt for the meeting?
Your confirmation letter is your receipt for the meeting. Please use your confirmation letter as proof that you have paid your registration fees, have been enrolled in your chosen course(s) and/or will be attending the meeting.I have a special dietary or accessibility need, who should I contact?

The AAAAI will NOT be providing a children's program at the Annual Meeting. Most San Antonio hotels can provide their guests with a list of independent babysitters and babysitting agencies frequently used by visitors. For more information, please contact the concierge at the appropriate hotel.The AAAAI asks delegates to refrain from bringing children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the Annual Meeting. Registered guests are welcome to relax in the Guest Hospitality Suite or visit the Exhibit Hall. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times.
What are the exhibit hall hours?
Exhibitors will provide the latest information on products and services available to physicians, researchers and allied health professionals in the fields of allergy/immunology and asthma.
Exhibit Hall Hours: Saturday, March 19 11:00 am to 3:00 pm Sunday, March 20 9:45 am to 3:00 pm Monday, March 21 9:45 am to 3:00 pm What are the onsite registration desk hours?
For delegates registering prior to the February 9, 2005 deadline, registration packets, including name badges and session tickets will be ready for pick up at the registration desk, located in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center . To avoid waiting in line, please be sure to pick up your packet early. Onsite registration will also be available at the desk. While you may register on site, please remember that courses fill up very quickly and you should register early (in November/December) to have the best chance at receiving all of your chosen courses.
