AAAAI Annual Meeting Job Placement Center - Interview Schedule

To assist with recruitment efforts, Annual Meeting delegates seeking to hire a healthcare professional may reserve free interview space in the Annual Meeting Job Placement Center, located in the back of the Poster Hall, just outside of the Exhibit Hall at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

By Friday, March 7, please reserve your interview time using the schedule below, and note your scheduled time in your personal meeting schedule. Two reserved interviewing rooms will be available in the Annual Meeting Job Placement Center.

At your scheduled time, please make sure to meet your interview candidates in the Annual Meeting Job Placement Center. A schedule of all interviews will also be posted in the Job Placement Center. One-hour interview slots are available during the following times:

Additional interview space
Two interview rooms will be available on an unscheduled, first-come, first-served basis in the Annual Meeting Job Placement Center. Employers may use these rooms, if available, for impromptu interviews with candidates.
