We currently employ 4+ allergy specialists in our practice- I educate nursing and clinical staff- I am looking for best practice standards for administration of allergy injections- I know it is sub-q, and all the precautions with meds, asthma etc. but the doctors seem to vary on site- posterior upper arm vs more anterior below deltoid? As well- to aspirate or not to aspirate? Thank you very much.
