Now that the feeding guidelines by the AAP has changed, as allergists are we also changing our guidelines in terms of holding off on introducing highly allergenic foods in infants that are "high risk" for food allergy?

In general, the answer is to your question is "yes." However, I think it is important to understand the rationale behind this recommendation, and there is an excellent, concise reference which will be of interest to you in this regard. It is Burks, et al. ICON food allergy. J Allergy Clin Immunol 2012 (April); 129(4):906-920. Under the section of "Diet During Pregnancy or Lactation," it discusses the more liberal recommendation proposed by the American Academy of Pediatrics as well as similar recommendations noted in the NIAID-sponsored guidelines as well as the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy. In addition, it gives references supporting this policy.
