If I am giving a placebo shot to test whether or not an unusual reaction of delayed abdominal pain is the result of immunotherapy, how much histamine should I mix into a .5cc mix so the patient can't tell it's placebo.

The concentration of histamine phosphate usually employed for placebo controls during immunotherapy is 0.01 mg per ml. This concentration can be obtained by dilution of the commonly available concentration of 1 mg per ml.
