Histamine free diet for mast cell activating syndromes

In mast cell activating syndrome is there any benefit in trying histamine free diet or avoiding foods that release antihistamines?
Answer:
I found no literature recommending or commenting on a histamine free diet or avoidance of foods that release histamine in the treatment of mast cell activating syndromes. Our eosinophilic disorder specialist has no experience with this treatment.
