Thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately I am not going to be able to give you an “evidence-based” answer to this question because I could find nothing in the literature which has dealt with the issue of the effect of allergen immunotherapy on solid organ transplant survival. Thus, the only answer I could give you would be based on theoretical grounds.
Considering the known immunologic effects of allergen immunotherapy, I cannot personally see how it could increase the chances of transplant rejection. However, once again, this response is based on theoretical considerations.
Thank you again for your inquiry and we hope this response is helpful to you.
