Do you know if the basophil activation test is available for clinicians to use outside of a research setting?

Thank you for your Ask the Expert question - Viracor does. Their website, Viracor-Eurofins.com provides details. ARUP laboratories also offers a test for urticaria-induced basophil activation. Please note, however, that neither company's tests have been approved by the US FDA.
