There are a number of pollen sites from which you can obtain accurate up-to-date pollen counts. The counts that are obtained depend, of course, on where the pollen counting sites are located. Therefore the counts should accurately reflect the areas from which the pollen is collected. It may be that there is no collection site in your vicinity. This could be the reason you are not seeing Juniper if you are checking the counts. Also it may well be that your symptoms are not due to Juniper pollen since Juniper trees pollinate from February thru April in New Mexico. And it would be very unlikely for pollination to occur this early for the major juniper species even in view of the warm weather.
