Omalizumab for Netherton Syndrome

Are you aware of any benefit or harm of using xolair or Dupilumab in Nethertons Syndrome?
Answer:
We found no literature on dupilumab in Netherton syndrome. We found a single case report in which omalizumab decreased allergic skin symptoms and mucosal symptoms referenced below.
