Case Description
A 70 year old man has a severe anaphylactic reaction to an antibiotic manifest by generalized urticaria, severe bronchospasm and a sense of swelling in the posterior pharynx area with swallowing difficulty. Blood pressure and pulse are normal. There is a past history of occasional exertional angina. Which one of the following treatments would be the most appropriate to use first.
