TH2 Adjuvants

Summary
The authors review antigen processing and the factors which skew to a TH2 and TH17 response with special references to TH2 adjuvants. They discuss OX40 ligand, notch signaling, T-cell immunoglobulin mucin proteins, glycans, proteases, super allergens, and other entities which are endogenous TH2 adjuvants that are primary forces skewing to TH2 and TH17 immune responses.
