Flow Cytometry in the Evaluation of Primary Immunodeficiency Disorders

Summary
This article reviews the use of flow cytometry in the diagnosis of immunodeficiency disorders. There is a complete table which lists the immunodeficiency disorders that can be evaluated with flow cytometry, and the markers that are assessed. It is useful as a reference source to determine when flow cytometry is useful in this regard.
