Possible Role of Toll Receptors in Asthma

Summary
This is a review article of the role of toll-like receptors in the pathogenesis and possible therapy of asthma. It reviews the cellular distribution of toll-like receptors in the lung and their potential contribution to the processes that may promote TH2 immunity and infection-induced exacerbations of allergic lung disease.
